20 Years of Building Excellence

Founded in 2004 by master builder James Holt, Tundra Homes started as a small team of passionate tradespeople determined to do things differently. We believed then — as we do now — that a home should outlast trends, withstand the elements, and feel genuinely personal.

Today, we're a 60-strong team working across residential, commercial, and renovation projects throughout Edinburgh, Glasgow, and the Highlands. Every project still carries that original commitment: precision craftsmanship, honest communication, and an unwavering focus on your vision.
